Modera Argyle is a 276-unit luxury residential development in Hollywood, spanning over 260,000 square feet for Mill Creek Residential. The design balances cinematic Hollywood glamour with modern urban functionality.
I joined this project mid-cycle, taking over from a previous designer and managing the transition without disrupting the existing design direction. My primary design contribution was the lobby banquette — developing the concept, technical drawings, and final visualization for a custom built-in piece that anchors the building's main social space. I also designed the co-working banquette seating, resolving ergonomic and spatial fit within a tighter set of constraints.
Beyond the design work, I coordinated the full installation phase across the building's expansive footprint — managing delivery schedules, supervising vendor teams, and ensuring all custom millwork met the precise technical specifications required for final handover.
