Lucia at Aviara is a 259-unit premier residential community in Carlsbad, California, developed by Wermers. The design narrative centers on a "Modern California Oasis" identity — translating coastal lifestyle into a cohesive material and spatial language across public amenities and model residences.

As Technical FF&E Designer and Project Coordinator, I led the spatial layout and full FF&E curation for two primary model units, designed specifically to drive leasing interest and resident conversion. Beyond the design work, I co-led the final on-site installation — supervising white-glove delivery teams and conducting rigorous quality control assessments across all delivered assets.

Procurement and vendor communications were managed through a combination of InDesign specifications and Google Sheets tracking systems, maintaining 100% accuracy across a high-volume delivery scope.
